A Scottsdale, Arizona company is challenging the constitutionality of a new federal law that makes it illegal to send "annoying" or harrassing communications via the Internet without identifying yourself. The Arizona company operates an anonymous email service and is fighting the law on the basis that "annoying" is a broad, subjective term and that the law can be used to impede free speech.
