Schwarzenegger's Broadband Task Force

Dec 1, 2006

Last month, California Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger signed an Executive Order that, among other things, called for the creation of a Broadband Task Force to advise the Governor on strategies to "promote broadband access and usage" throughout the state.

The Governor's office issued this press release yesterday, announcing the 21 members of the Task Force. The bi-partisan group includes a number of tech executives, such as Charles Giancarlo of Cisco-Linksys LLC, Bryan Martin of 8x8 and Milo Medin of M2Z Networks.
