Are Studios Stifling Video Download Biz?

In his latest "Technology and You" column, BusinessWeek's Stephen Wildstrom writes about the "digital disarray" of the video download business. He points to a number of online video services, each with its own set of rules and restrictions on how, how often and where consumers can download films.

In Wildstrom's opinion, "the common thread linking these issues is a Hollywood fear of piracy so overwhelming that the studios are forgoing big revenue opportunities." Read more here.
